It has a cabin of id="hidden15" class="buttons"> only two people as well. I think it is RS 7000/- from Karachi to Lahore. That way you two could have saved 22k and could have got the bigger and better cabin. Unfortunately this category not available in Greenline Train but in other trains. ....وسعت 13

The night sleeper trains are usually assigned smaller platforms with 1 or 2 tracks visible only & id="hidden19" class="buttons"> not so nice views. I've a quite good experience on this route.
The food (like breakfast & lunch) & morning tea (not coffee) id="hidden23" class="buttons"> is inclusive in the ticket that's why the staff banged on the door at 8am saying "nashta nashta" (breakfast breakfast)
Otherwise everything is on cash payment like the coffees you had..

i) Free Breakfast,Lunch And Dinner.
ii) Free Tea but the one with tea bags. If you want Doodh Patti, it would cost down to around 60RS/Cup.
iii) Free Blankets And Pillows.
However, The guys from the hotel definitely pocketed some money because an adult ticket costs around 6500/= and tickets for children costs 3400/=, The total would've been around 26500/= (~150USD) ....وسعت 1
