Ingredients :
Mushrooms - 250 gms
Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Ghee - 2 tsp
Curd - 5 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Cinmen stick - 1 nos
Cardamom - 4 nos
Cloves - 4 nos
Onions - 2
Tomato's - 2 nos
Ginger garlic pate - 1 tsp
Biryani masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Dry red chill powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Dondakaya fry Recipe :
Ingredients :
Dondakayalu - 250 gms
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Vellulli kobbari karam - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
