Diaphragmatic Breathing is probably one of the best tools for De-Stressing the Body. If you have a lot of stress and tension around the jaw, neck and shoulders this will make it difficult to breath diaphragmatically. Let's release that tension with the use of a Foam Roller and a Reflex Ball, then start Breathing Diaphragmatically to get us into a ParaSympathetic State/Rest & Digest State, not only to Destress but to Activate the core muscles more efficiently.
