In this video we take a look at how the poor pad work habits Jermall Charlo has compromise his technique in the ring and his lack of head movement cause him to fall off balance when punching. We also take a look at Rhonda Rousey's technique for comparison https://vimeo.com/ondemand/howtobox The ultimate guide to learning how to throw every punch with speed, power, and accuracy, as well as learn to move around in the ring without breaking your body mechanics, and always being able to be in a position to punch! This course is designed for beginners - intermediate, or anyone who struggles to learn to transfer their weight, change positions, cross the line, or needs to learn how to throw a particular punch. https://vimeo.com/ondemand/howtoboxexpert Boxing is a Dance - Fouts boxing Pendulum boxing course for expert-level fighters seeking to learn how to add speed, power, and athleticism to their already existing technique. You can start as a beginner with this course, but it will take a bit longer. Like Duran, and one of my all-time favorites, Aaron Pryor. PROMO CODE - BlackBeltBoxing VERY LIMITED OFFER 15% OFF https://vimeo.com/ondemand/expertstriking I designed this simple 9 drill series as a complete guide to all the rules for learning all the punches in boxing, as well as teach how to develop expert level weight transitions and strong fundamentals for fighting off the front foot, back foot, and middle of your line. As well as teach the fighters proper positioning when performing each technique, how to most easily develop power and proper body mechanics to fluidly throw combinations with speed and power, all while also teaching the fundamentals of moving your head when you punch, blocking, slipping, and rolling, in only 9 Drills. The Drills are each designed to target and teach a different aspect of your technique and positioning and are designed in a way that both speed and power can be applied to them for maximum stress on your technique for maximum development in the shortest amount of time. The true Genius of these drills is how you will choose your favorite ones and put them together to flow into each other to create fun, unique, interesting, and REALISTIC combat scenarios you can learn and put together at your own pace.

@manomantax3 years ago The Charlos are probably the best athletes in boxing in terms of explosiveness + endurance.
That fight should have been 2 rounds!

@marlonious76503 years ago How do you train for nervous energy. Charlo seems to have his foot on the gas too long. He was gassed out socking on Montiel like that. Montiel is one tough cookie. 4

@povang3 years ago Inoue fishes bums within 5 rounds, perfect balance, never off balance when he throws a missed shot.
Charlo goes 12 rounds with bums, poor balance, off balance when missing shots

@jeffreyd7003 years ago Good analysis. I was very disappointed by Charlos performance, especially with his amateur pedigree. He took too many shots to the head and he kept his hands too low. I'm surprised that he is missing the fundamentals at this point in his career when he should be getting sharper with age ... 5

@a-1x7703 years ago A good power puncher don't depend on technique. Like Wilder they are unorthodox b/c they depend on their power a lot. This could be dangerous for jamall if he doesn't correct this. B/c Canelo will capitalize on it. 3

@waseerahman37343 years ago God Jermall looks so awkward. Reminds me of Ryan Garcia not too long ago. Amateur boxer with little concept on how to catch your weight. 4

@AdonaiZedek3 years ago bad fight to analyze. This was his worst fight for sure. Pandemic ring rust possibly. He looked much better against Sergiy Derevyanchenko . You should analyze that fight. 1
