Level Up! Beginner Level - Workout #2 Let's Get Fit! https://www.thisisfitworkouts.com In this beginner-level workout, we will do 7 exercises to work lower body and upper body muscle groups! We're aiming to develop a foundation of strength and endurance, so you can progress safely and effectively! Equipment Needed for this Workout: Medium Dumbbells (3-10 lbs) Low Bench (or bottom step of staircase) Chair Mat Recommended Sets & Reps: # of sets: 2 or more # of repetitions: 10-15 Rest: 30-60 seconds between sets or as needed Do what you can. You might be able to do more sets or repetitions. You might have to begin by doing fewer. Do what YOU can do. Push yourself a bit, but not too much. Not yet.
