STAR LORD WORKOUT:
3 CIRCUITS OF:
Sled Push - 100 FEET
Box Jumps - 10 JUMPS
Kettlebell Cleans - 10 REPS EACH SIDE
Battle Ropes - 30 SECONDS
90 Seconds of rest between circuits. Once you're finished with those three circuits move onto:
3 CIRCUITS OF:
Push-Up to Pull-ups - 10 REPS EACH
Treadmill - 7 MPH for 1 MILE
Whew...you're finished!
