New talks between Ukraine and Russia are set to begin tomorrow in Istanbul. Will they produce anything? And will President Zelensky’s offer of neutral status make a difference? Igor Zhovkva is Zelensky’s chief diplomatic adviser and joins the show from Ukraine.

At least they're temporarily out of harms way, have shelter, food and id="hidden3" class="buttons"> medical care. This is something Ukraine, regrettably at the moment, cannot provide for their own citizens in those war torn cities and villages. ....وسعت3

@TSidezمنذ 2 سنواتSad to say, let’s be real. Ukraine can’t safely evacuate their own people. Mariupol has basically fallen to Russia. Yes, there is resistance, but it’s not meaningful enough to stop their own ppl from being deported to enemy territory. The only saving grace here is that Mariupol resistance fighters are hopefully tying up Russian forces enough to slow Russian troop movement to other parts of Ukraine. That’s the story. ....وسعت
