Frequency At any time during this live video stream ("Stream"), Sponsor may instantiate a giveaway instance ("Instance"). The specific method used to set the frequency of Instances is decided in the Stream at the sole discretion of Sponsor. An Instance may be started at an arbitrary time, or the Instance frequency may be tied to a naturally occurring and measurable event, both at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entries Entries shall be submitted using a method chosen at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The entry submission period ("Promotion Period") ends at the defined by specified by Sponsor in the Stream. For break giveaways, an entry can be submitted by leaving a comment on the break preview video or creating a free account at www.thrillpack.com ("joining the pack"). Number of Winners and Selection Method The number of winner(s) determined in the Stream will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The method for randomly choosing a winner shall be chosen at the discretion of Sponsor. Possible methods include but are not limited to using a prize wheel app, list randomizer, or other randomization app or utility to randomly select a winner. Prize selection For each winner, the corresponding prize shall be randomly chosen at the sole discretion of Sponsor in the Stream. Sponsor may choose a specific prize, or use a method that randomly chooses a prize such as putting a list of possible prizes into a randomization app and selecting a random prize. ARV The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is indicated in the Stream. Estimated Odds The estimated odds of winning each prize is based on the following formula: one (1) out of the number of total Entries.
