This recipe of mawa cake can be made in a regular vessel...No oven required.
Ingredients:
Butter - 50 gm (half the normal Amul butter slice)
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Khava/Mawa- 100 gm (you can use condensed milk - half a cup if khava is not available)
Maida/plain flour - 1 Cup
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Eggs- 2
Cardamom/elaichi powder- 1/2 Tsp
