Do you know that a tight neck can be the culprit for your headaches, backaches, and fatigue? A tight neck often coexists with a tight chest, weak abdominals, and a weak upper back. This is the easiest body part to feel pain but it is also one of the easiest to remedy with some functional therapeutic asanas. This yoga class will help you to stretch out your neck, encourage mobility through your entire spine, open your chest and strengthen your abdominals and upper back. Sounds like a doozy!! But, I promise this is a very gentle class. Grab a strap (or a belt) and two blocks and let's get flowing!
