Hi folks,
Today I'm sharing a simple recipes Dondakaya 65. It is served as a snack or a side dish for Dal or sambar . This recipes is usually served in events & marriages in parts of Andhra pradesh and Telangana region.
Ingredients:
• Dondakaya/ coccinia - 250gms
• Besan / Gram flour - 2 tbsp
• Rice flour - 1 tbsp
• Corn flour - 1 tbsp
• Salt - 1tsp
• Chilli powder - 1tsp
• Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
• Peanuts - 1/4 cup
• Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
• Green chilli 3 - 4
• Garlic pods 5 - 6
• Oil - deep fry
For extra Sprinkle:
• Salt - 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
• Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp
