Here in this video I am showing two recipes of snacks which can be preapred under 15 minutes.First recipe avalunda is preapared using poha/aval and jaggery. Second recipe ghee banana is prepared using banana/ethapazham/nenthrapazham and ghee.DO try it ou and let me know the feedback.
Recipe 1:
Aval-1 cup
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Ghee-1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Recipe 2:
Banana/Nenthrapazham-2
Ghee-as required
Sugar-as required
