How to make Appke Cake? How to make Apple Pie? Today we are making Apple Cake. It is a simple recipe and requires only few ingredients. Apple Cake Ingredients 3-4 apples 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1 cup oil Cinnamon 0.5 oz baking powder Caramelize 1/2 cup of sugar and pour in a baking pan. Add the apple slices. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Separate the white form the yolk of the eggs and add baking powder. Beat with an electric mixer and add slowly 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add yolks and mix slowly with a whisk to incorporate. Add 2 cups of flour and mix slowly to incorporate. Pour over the apples and bake 35-45 minutes. It is ready when toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let it cool down before adding power sugar.
