سارة ذيب مهندسة تحكم آلي متخرجة من كلية المحروقات والكيمياء بجامعة امحمد بوقرة بالجزائر عملت سابقا في مجال الاستيراد. شاركت في 2019 في برنامج تبادل ثقافي بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية TechWomen حيث أمضت 5 أسابيع من الإرشاد المهني في شركة موزيلا العالمية بوادي السيليكون، عملت من خلالها على تعلم تقنيات تعليمية وطورت من مهارات القيادة والإدارة والتواصل مع عدة سيدات من جميع أنحاء أفريقيا وآسيا والشرق الأوسط. في مارس 2020، تم اختيارها للمشاركة من بين 200 امرأة في البرنامج المراة الافريقية لريادة الأعمال. African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative برنامج يهتم ببناء القدرات القيادية والإدارية مدته 12 شهرًا ويسعى إلى تزويد رائدات الأعمال في إفريقيا بالمعرفة اللازمة لتوسيع نطاق أعمالهن ، محاور التعليم تتمثل في الابتكار والتسويق والمبيعات والعلامات التجارية وما إلى ذلك بطريقة عملية. تؤمن سارة بالتعلم المستمر وتعليم علوم التكنولوجيا، وهدفها هو تمكين الأطفال والشباب ليكونوا أشخاصًا فعالين في المجتمع، ودعمهم للوصول إلى أهدافهم وتطلعاتهم، وتوجيههم ليكونوا قادة من أجل المشاركة في التغيير الذي نريد رؤيته في هذا العالم من خلال التعليم الهادف و ذلك من خلال مبادرة Dicovery Tech Sara Dib ,Automation Engineer graduated from the Faculté des Hydrocarbures et de la Chimie - UMBB.She started her career as an Executive Secretary then Purchasing Manager. 2019 TechWomen Fellow, she spent 3 weeks of Professional Mentorship in Silicon Valley at Mozilla where she learned about new technologies in the educational field, developed leadership & management skills while networking with women across Africa, Asia & Middle East. In March 2020, she has been selected to participate in AWEC The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative Program, a 12-month leadership, and management capacity building program that seeks to provide female entrepreneurs in Africa with the knowledge needed to scale their businesses, she has been learning so far about Innovation, Marketing, Sales, Branding, etc. in a practical way.
