Purchased new in 1967 by the owner’s father and has been off of the road for over 20 years. We save it and it’s being given a new lease on life!

@torekristoffersen1765 months agoI used to live in Washington State. Everything that is over two weeks old there has a think layer of moss growing on it- I moved away: beautiful but way too much rain for me- good find- love the ‘67 GTO!
@
@ryanduffinrockslast yearI grew up in Redmond in the 90s, drooling over this GTO when it was mint. I walked past it every day to and from high school and I think either a friend or I asked about buying it before it fell into neglect. Of course, in high school we didn't have any money. It's one of the cars that eventually got me into muscle cars, first with a '66 Chevelle when I was 18. Now I'm older and trying to not let the same thing happen to my Chevelle. I'm happy to see this car get a new lease on life. ...

@Bishop4725 years agoGreat find man. The bone yards with old school rides are becoming a thing of the past. I'm slowly going blind and it's my dream to once again own a 72 Chevy Chevelle two door or a four door. To me,it doesn't matter. Back in the day,I had two of them. Wish I'd kept them. But,back then, they weren't worth that much and Chevelle's,Nova's, Camaros, etc were every where. But,not anymore. They're becoming scarce now. Either way, I'll find my Chevelle.👍✌️ ...

@stoneyswolf5 years agoI'd imagine the frame and floors are rotted from sitting in that moist spot. Lucky that's all fixable. 1

@vernitad89964 years agoLove gto's my Dad had a 66 or I believe a 68.... I am looking for either of those models....
@
@igoski15825 years agoIt's such a trip to know people will put a "not for sale" sign on a car like that and then do nothing with the car for years but let it rot were it sits. People can do some real strange things.
