This avocado cilantro hummus is healthy, easy to make, delicious and a good snack or appetizer.
Ingredients:
• 1 canned chickpeas
• 1 small avocado
• bunch of fresh cilantro
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 a cup lime juice
• 1/3 a cup tahini
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 a cup olive oil
• 3-4 tbsp water
• black pepper, paprika and chili flakes for garnish
Directions:
• add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse for 3-5 mins until creamy and smooth.
• add to your serving dish, garnish with olive oil, black pepper, paprika and red chili flakes.
Serve and enjoy!
