# Char Koay Kak #Fried Rice Cake #炒粿角 炒粿角是马来西亚槟城路边著名的小吃之一。材料做法,非常简单,就是需要剩饭,粘米粉和玉米粉,盐和水!​做好了的粿角,冷却后可以馬上配合喜欢的材料一起炒, 吃不完的粿角,也可以把它放入盒子,收在冰箱,隔天再炒。 分量:4人份 粿角的做法: 材料: 200克 剩飯 300毫升 清水 **倒入blender裏打成順滑的米漿 100克 粘米粉 80克 玉米粉 1茶匙鹽 140毫升~160毫升清水(清水可隨自己喜歡的軟硬度調整,越多水,做出来的粿角越軟,我放了150毫升清水) **把這些粉類、鹽和水和米漿裏拌均勻至無顆粒 做法: 1.蒸盤搽上少許油,將米漿倒入 2.冷水下鍋,中火蒸30分鐘,待涼後才切塊。 炒粿角 材料: 鹹菜脯 適量 蒜米碎 適量 蛋 適量 豆芽 適量 菲菜 適量 調味料(2湯匙醬青,1湯匙黑醬油,混合均勻,備用) 辣椒糊(10條大辣椒,5條辣椒幹,加100毫升清水打成辣椒糊,用不完,可以收冰箱) 做法: 1) 燒熱鍋,倒入2tbsp食油,把粿角和調味料炒香,盛起備用。 2) 鍋裏留著少許油,留著1盤分量的粿角,把菜脯及蒜米炒香,加入辣椒糊把粿角翻炒。 3) 把粿角推一邊,把蛋打入,攪散,再把粿角炒勻 4) 把豆芽及菲菜加入,兜炒即完成。 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Char Koay Kak(Rice cake) is one of the famous roadside food in Penang.
