Rabri recipe: Serves : 3 Ingredients: 4 cups Whole milk, full fat ½ cup Heavy cream 2½ tbsp Sugar 6 - 7 Saffron strands ½ tsp Cardamom powder 2 tbsp Almonds, divided 2 tbsp Pistachios, divided 2 tbsp Cashews, divided Method: In a pan, add milk and cream. Turn on flame. Bring to a boil. Reduce flame. Whenever milk skin is formed stick it to sides of pan. Let it cook until milk reduces to half. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, few almonds, pistachios and cashews. Cook till milk has reduced to one third portion. Scrape sides of pan. Let it cook for another 5 mins. Remove to a bowl and garnish with remaining nuts. Can be served hot or warm or after chilling for few hours. And serve as a dessert or can be served with malpua, double ka meetha, gulab jamun etc.,
