Fried chicken livers air fryer style.
These turned out nice from what Tom said lol. Nice crispy coating on the outside with a home made batter or store bought he liked them both.
Recipe:
Soak Liver in buttermilk for 2-3 hours
Drain real good before battering.

Dipping Sauce and chill:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsps mustard of your choice
1 tbps Worcestershire
1 tsp Horseradish
1/2 lemon juiced

Season your flour to whatever you like/Buttermilk with hot sauce of your choice.

1 = 300 degrees
2 = 340 degrees
3 = 360 degrees
4 = 370 degrees
