In a medium bowl, sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder, whisk well until combined. Set aside. 2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer), beat the butter and cream cheese on medium speed until smooth about 1 minute. Mix in vanilla and salt.
