Ingredients:
½ warm water
1 ½ tbsp anato powder
8 boiled egg yolks
For shrimp:
2 cups of water
Pink of salt
Pinch of pepper
250 g shrimp
Palabok sauce:
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp onion
2 tbsp garlic
1 cup sitcharon baboy
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in water
Palabok noodles
