I'm Meyhem Lauren and I'll be your fridge diving guide. SUBSCRIBE FOR MORE FRIDGE DIVING EVERY FRIDAY! /channel/UCjV_7sBJ0Yo-UQtztJ2Mnaw/ Ingredients: - Leg of Lamb - Pie Crust - Onion Powder - Garlic Powder - Cayenne - Salt - Garlic - Onion - Carrots - Celery - Fresh Thyme - Fresh Rosemary - Olive oil - Tomato Sauce Directions: 1. Rub olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper on both sides of leg of lamb. 2. Place the leg of lamb into a pot with olive oil and several pieces of garlic on top. Layer it with thyme and a coating of all the seasonings above. Put in the oven on 400 for roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours. 3. Heat up a pan with tomato sauce. Cube some tomatoes and squeeze the juices over the pan. Season with black pepper, sea salt, chopped carrots, red wine, and four cloves of garlic. 4. Chop up celery, carrots, and onions into chunky pieces & stir fry them in another pan with olive oil, black pepper, and sea salt. 5. Scoop up half of the lamb and put into a pre-made pie crust and put the other half in the sauce pan. Toss some vegetables on top and cover with top of pie crust. Put into oven for roughly 30 minutes.
