With Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes receiving his 10-year contract worth no less than $427 million, I thought it was worth revisiting Trey Metoyer's five-star bust history at Whitehouse (Texas) High and into his brief stint as a wide receiver for the Oklahoma Sooners. As a senior in 2013 at Whitehouse (Texas) High, Pat Mahomes passed for 4,619 yards with 50 TDs. He added 948 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns. A year earlier another Whitehouse standout emerged as the next dominant OU WR at the spring game. His name is Trey Metoyer.
