today I am going to make Stuffed bittergourd (bhanrwa karele). it's very delicious and healthy recipe specially for diabetes patients. we will not use garlic, onions, peanuts and gram flour. we will make it in a few oil and few ingredients.
Ingredient :-
👉 300 gm karela
👉3 tblspn roasted coriander powder
👉2 tblspn roasted sounf / aniseeds
👉1/4 tblspn methidana
👉 1/4 tblspn turmeric powder
👉 salt to taste
👉1/2 tblspn cumin seeds
👉2 tblspn oil
