Parkia Speciosa (Scientific name) also known as #Pete, #Petai, Peteh, #StinkBean or Yongchak has a nutritional health benefit besides it's unique taste and smell. In our today's video, we will be showing you how to pickle and preserve it for the off season, as it is a seasonal tree bean.
