老實說,這幾年都沒有起種,一直靠唯一的天然酵母種 (大概三歳)去焗酸種麵包。想當年起種讀了很多網站和書,由起種至日常如何餵養都遇到不少問題,今次總算靠經驗化解了各種問題 (那是在鏡頭背後😢)!希望大家都會成功!
Honestly speaking, I haven't built a new sourdough starter, as I only use the one-and-only-one starter which i built a few years ago for bread baking. I remember at that time I read a lot of websites and books to build the starter, having gone thru a lot of problems and confusions! This time the experience does help me a lot, so that I can resolve the problems (behind the scenes!!) Hope you all will build a starter successfully!
