Helooo, kali ini nyobain bikin carrot cake, pake resepnya Cupcake Jemma karena pengen ada campuran kacang di dalamnya. Aslinya pake kacang walnut tapi saya ganti pake almond. Kalo yang ngga mau pake kacang2an, saya juga masukin resep carrot cake yang pernah saya bikin dulu. tapi cuma sekilas aja karna video yang utuhnya udah dihapus :D langkahnya mirip2 aja ko cuma beda di proporsi bahannya.
Untuk frostingnya bisa pake whipped cream ato buttercream, tapi pake cream cheese lebih enak karna ada kecut2nya :) Okeee, selamat mencoba
RESEP CAKE WORTEL ALMOND
Untuk : 1 cake ukuran 22x10cm
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)

140g (17 1/4 sdm) tepung terigu protein sedang
160g (12 3/4 sdm) gula pasir butiran halus / gula kastor
80g almond bubuk
1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk
sejumput pala bubuk (optional)
sejumput jahe bubuk (optional)
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt baking soda
2 telur
150ml (10 sdm) minyak goreng
125g wortel parut
1/2 sdt pasta vanilla
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
100g cream cheese
40g (5 sdm) gula bubuk
325ml whipping cream + 2 1/2 sdm gula bubuk (saya : 110g whipping cream bubuk + 220ml air es)
RESEP CARROT CAKE LAINNYA YANG TANPA KACANG (bisa untuk loyang yang sama, waktu panggang juga sama)
175g (21 1/2 sdm) tepung terigu protein sedang
1 1/4 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk
85g telur (sekitar 1 1/2 butir)
140g (11 1/4 sdm) gula pasir butiran halus / gula kastor
175ml minyak goreng
1/2 sdt pasta vanilla
140g wortel parut
50g kismis

1/2 tsp vanilla paste

100g cream cheese

325ml whipping cream + 2 1/2 sdm powdered sugar (me : 110g whipping cream powder + 220ml ice water)
