Mix all ingredients in a mixer for 2 minutes, but don't over beat. Grease two loaf pans and fill them halfway up, the mixture will rise a lot during baking. You can also alternatively fill several smaller loaf pans, again only filling them up halfway. Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees, then turn up the heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Brickle Bread is ready when an inserted knife or toothpick comes out clean! Cool on racks and enjoy, or wrap them and give as gifts!
