Drawer Stopper

Here’s a quick tip for keeping a drawer from pulling all the way. Just hammer in a nail to create a stop – about an inch in from the back of the drawer. Then, drill a hole about 1.5” deep with a bit that’s slightly wider than the diameter of the nail. Now clip the nail head off, but leave it tall enough to catch the top edge of the face frame when you pull the drawer out. All you have to do is slip the drawer partway into the cabinet and reach inside to insert the nails.
