Lost Concept- Ladd Russo

**Important: COLLEGE IS KICKING MY ASS I'M SORRY EVERYONE. I missed so many people's birthdays :( I recently missed doing something for your birthday, Jon (Dec. 16th), so consider this your present. I think I'll make one of my projects a tribute to my friends so if you didn't get a birthday wish you can at least have something from me. I started this concept when I first lost my internet (over a year ago); after watching Baccano! on my external drive. Somehow, the actual vegas project was lost, so this was all I could salvage. I just wanted to upload SOMETHING because I feel like I've been too dead. Hope you guys are well :3
