My Strength Training: This is How My Training REALLY Looks Like Behind the Scenes | Sandra Flow

After months of not being able to train properly I decided it's time to get my strength back! I was sick of feeling weak and unable to perform my beloved strength tricks - one of my favourite ones is the Iron X. That's why I put my focus on that one and on the phoenix. A trick that actually doesn't look that hard but omg let me tell you it is definitely hard! I want to show you my pole dance journey and how my training really looks like - how I struggle, how I succeed & just everything that comes with it.
