Putting up with thieving corporations, ever worsening motoring public, and degrading customers? Not having access to a bathroom? Doing one of the most dangerous jobs? I know that its just business, but there is some crazy stuff that clients try and pull.
My friend running his own landscape design company barely made minimum wage at the end of the year, and he is now happy as a pig in mud working as chief designer for a large landscape company, he fortunately had the skills to make this transition and the willingness to stick with a good company.

I was looking to retire in 2020, but would have needed a part-time id="hidden32" class="buttons"> job to keep me okay. Since there were no more part-time jobs then, I had to wait until slightly better off financially - and that point came in summer of 2021 instead. @durgan5668منذ 3 سنوات Talked with a guy delivering fuel here in West Texas today, and asked him if he was seeing any problems with distribution. He said no, not in Texas. He id="hidden45" class="buttons"> pointed out our gasoline came from about 2 hours away, and people were showing up to work to move it. When I walked up, first thing I said was 'I don't care about the cost of the fuel, just interested in distribution issues.' Figured there were already enough people carping about prices, which he has zero influence over. As for famers being paid not to farm, there are various reasons for that. We ranched in the 70's and 80's and even then, some land was designated to be fallow. This allows the land to rest. So you don't overuse it. Same with grazing. It damages the land and takes a very long time to recover. The land has to be used, not abused. In Utah, you might 'own' a certain amount of water shares.however, in a drought, the water that is delivered to your farm, is shrunk, because of the drought. This isn't new. It's how things work, and gives stability to the markets, as well. If wheat is selling for a good price, and everyone plants wheat, the market tanks and people go bankrupt. Another article I saw, written back in April of this year, is that a 7 billion dollar plant going in, located in West Texas. The gasoline is made with natural gas, recaptured methane and other recapture material. That's new for here, where normally it's made from oil. The plant will be largely powered with renewables. It's on 2600 acres, and that's a lot of solar panels. Takes 4 to 5 years to construct these things, but things ARE being done to address issues such as importing our fuel sources. It's not all doom and gloom. By all means, stock up on food, water and fuel if you're able. I just ordered 2 cords of wood, We had one, and West Texas normally doesn't have anything I'd call 'winter'. However, this year, we had a deep freeze, and I'm getting ready for the unexpected. Already had one cord of wood, now I'll have 3. Next year, I'll put up some more. It's insurance. Talked with a couple neighbors about the winter event, reminding them that yes, it can happen here. ....وسعت 6

@clffeingoldمنذ 3 سنوات Dan…the quit rate includes forced resignations due to vaccine mandates. People are fed up with the government over reach. Sure, some are lazy and won’t work. But how do you explain Southwest pilots? 36

@karenclabaugh5416منذ 3 سنوات LOVE how you end the video " Please be Kind to one another" " It is absolutely free" I am a Nurse, and people are SO stressed out. id="hidden47" class="buttons"> We deal with patients as "customers" and take ALOT of verbal abuse ie Yelling, threatening, arguing etc (physical too ie hitting, throwing objects , pulling hair etc ) in the medical arena. And Not all are confused when they do this! The workload is stressful since we are chronically understaffed. People are ANGRY & ANXIOUS NOW. So I second the 'PLEASE BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER" So hard to do but so necessary. ....وسعت

@juliamarin4896منذ 3 سنوات I love that park!! It also reminds me of where I live, too. My pets love walking around our lakes, with geese, ducks, turtles, lizards, etc. I hope the id="hidden49" class="buttons"> drought gets better out west.
I love it there and have spent years of my life there. I prefer it by a large margin. Oh well. I don't think anyone can predict what will happen with these crazy droughts.
