You can use grave buster to clear the tombestone having plant food, pyre vine is also useful. Combine two pokras to get plant food faster from column 6. Dusk lobber also helps to clear the tombestones fastly. In this video I use boosted bowling bulbs on the power tile. - Kill Cardio zombies: it's possible to kill all 3 Cardio zombies in Jade league using low level plants. We have to focus on the center line 3, Squash at level 7 is best choice with 2 boosted pokras by spear-mint. Even some bowling bulbs at power tiles can easily kill Cardio zombies. However if you don't have squash nor spear-mint, the last cardio zombies in Jade league can escape. Tile turnip is used to make power tiles at line 3 from c1 to c5. Then we can drill more power tiles for imp pear and c1. - Landing Imp zombies from gargangtuars at column 3: shadow peashooter, imp pear, pokra on shine vine, squash, spikerock from spear-mint or shrinking violet. Demos: no mint nor imp pear 5.8 million, with mint no imp pear 6.9 million, with imp pear no mint 7.4 million, etc. The tests have been done in Jade league, so if you're in lower league you can kill 3 cardio zombies easier. In the some cases for example pyre vine + imp pear setup, the last cardio zombies (500k points) may escape then we get only 6.7 million points.
