@heathermiller30583 years ago I see that I am very “late to the party” with this video being 1 year old, but all I can say is WOW! I am so inspired and excited about the master boards. This was my first time viewing your channel and I subscribed after just a few minutes. SO glad I found your channel! ... 13

@maggiebrinklow88634 years ago here’s something I do when making ATCs. I have an ATC size template that I cut from clear acetate, then run a permanent marker round the edge. I can then use the template to move around the patterned paper to see which bit I want to use, it really helps to give an idea of what the finished ATC will look like. Hope that makes sense! x
forgot to add, your makes are beautiful, so inspiring. Thanks for sharing x

@jaytee26424 years ago I had never heard of a master board until a couple of days ago when it popped up in my feed.
I've watched a couple vids and find the idea very interesting.
The last time I was in a copy store was about a thousand years ago when I had a pillow pattern from a magazine enlarged.
I'm a complete tech moron and it never would have occurred to me to have copies made of a master board.
Well, now I have yet another item to add to my "Projects" list!
Thank you for the wonderful inspiration. 👍🏻

@lindadesgroseilliers172 years ago When I use UTEE on a project I often add a VERY small amount of mica powder to the UTEE as it melts. When it's still in almost liquid form, I tip the paper and let the mica powder move around. It creates a beautiful layer. Lots of fun ideas in this and the master board videos. Thanks! ...

@ImGinaMarie4 years ago These are really pretty. You make the best masterboards I've seen. I believe the problem with the pitting was because you used a water based glue between the back layers then when heated the moisture and steam were trapped under the layer of paper and the heated embossing powder. Next time try again without using the glue stick. I've ran into this type of problem before and it worked for me... ...

@andreajohnsMyPotteryBliss4 years ago That rice paper would be great for decoupage especially since you designed the whole page yourself. Do you ever use a frame made from card stock to outline different parts of your designed page to decide where and what to cut? You could cut them into any shape. New subscriber. I am so glad I found you. ... 2

@joannecarroll55044 years ago I love how your projects turned out. I remember my dad tricking me with 2 common types of different rice papers when I was a kid; soluble for making edible flowers etc. & the other one for artwork did not taste nearly as nice LOL. Stamperia rice paper, while beautiful, looks like neither of the types I've seen. Those fibres on the back look a lot like the silk fibres in my Mulberry Paper. ...

@lenabot59614 years ago Good morning nina, did you notice I called the masterboard a motherboard last week...like them a lot, especially the ricepaper one, great idea, going to a printershop soon to ask them if they can do this too. Making things with them makes a project even more your one because the masterboard is your own creation. Enjoyed the video as always. The weather up here is wet, so today is a good day for creating. I am going to make a paper doll today for a book I am creating. See you in the middle of the week, have a nice sunday. Love lena ... 1
