Drone on the breakwater at Hope Cove

Spotted this so I thought I would film it. I expect the pilot will upload his video sometime, so I will keep searching YouTube to see if I can find it. I didn't get to talk to him so I have blanked out all the faces on my video and I have no details of the drone. I have added some links below that I think are right. I am pretty confident these are NOT videos taken by the pilot in my video but I am pretty sure he is the person mentioned in the text on the second one and appears at the end of that video.
