Easy Apple Cake Recipe - Super Soft and Fluffy Apple Cake

This soft and fluffy apple cake is easy to make and super delicious. Thank you! ⭐ SUBSCRIBE to my channel ➡ https://bit.ly/2ZUlSU1 💡Click on the [CC] text on top right and the three dots, click CAPTIONS to TRANSLATE, and you can activate sub-headings. 💥 Apple Cake Ingredients: 2 Apples, peeled and sliced 2 tablespoons Butter (25g) 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (15g) 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar (20g) Cake Dough: 2 Large Eggs 2/3 cup Sugar (130g) 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt (80g), also can use Sour Cream or Coconut Yogurt 1/2 cup Milk (120g) 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil (60g) 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (4g) 1 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour (200g) 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder (8g ) 1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar (4g) 7 inch Springform Cake Pan 💥 Apple Cake Instructions: 1. Slice 2 apples thinly about 1/8 inch. In a sauce pan on medium heat, add butter, lemon juice, sliced apples and sugar. Cook until softened. 2. Preheat the oven to 356F (180C). 3. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar, greek yogurt, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix. Sift in flour, baking powder. Mix until incorporated. 4. Pour the cake batter to a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Add cooked apple on top. 5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. 6. Cool to room temperature. 7.
