Chapathi
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 400gm
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Water as required.
Mix the flour and salt. Now add water little by little and make dough. Make the dough smooth by kneading for 2 to 3 minutes. While touching the dough softly it has to show the finger impression. Rest the dough for 20 mins by closing with lid or cloth. After 20 mins make the dough into small balls. In a rolling board add the little flour to it. Take one ball and roll on the board using rolling pin. Apply equal pressure on all sides. Roll and cook the chapathi at same time to avoid dryness in rolled dough. Now heat the tawa and add rolled dough to it. Dont apply oil directly. Now turn and apply oil when it lightly cooked on one side. Do same for other side and cook it. Serve with curry you like.
