Rangoli designs are drawn with dots like 4 dots, 5 dots, 6 dots and so on and without dots also (freehand rangoli) People draw special rangoli designs for festivals like Sankranthi(Pongal), Diwali, Vijaya dasami(Dasara). These beautiful and creative designs are decorated with flowers based on the occasion or festival.
