Pork Humba Filipino Chinese Recipe|Family Homemade Recipe cook with mushroom #porkhumba#porkhumbarecipe#filipinochinesehumbarecipe INGREDIENTS : Pork Belly -pat dry before adding all the sauce Simple ingredient needed only 5 to 6 pcs of Chinese Mushrooms ( you can add more) Few Cloves of Garlic 3 tbsp Dark ( To color your meat ) 3 tbsp light Soy sauce 2 tbsp Soy Paste ( This Soy Paste will make your meat really tastier ) 31/2 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Brown sugar ________________ Humba is one of the delicious yummy Filipino Chinese famous homemade recipe. You can use ordinary pot, you just double the measuring of my ingredients sauce and add more cups of water , Simmer for maybe 1 half hour or till meat it tender. Reduce to low fire after boiling. ' NO OIL NEEDED 'as long as the heat is really hot before you sear the Pork on this recipe, it won't stick to the pot. A Heathy cooking recipe " COOKING HEALTHY FOOD " IS MY PRIORITY FOR MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL. NO OILS, NO WATER ADDED , SOMETIME NO SALTS! Reason for cooking with no oils, no water : ( Remember to use non-evaporate cooking pot or wok, prevent using any cookware made of Aluminum) ----------It enhance and infuse the flavor of the food --------- Vegetable has water content already ----------All Meat that have fats on it. Most of my cooking recipe are cooked with no oils or less oils , as long as there is "FAT" on the meat .Specially we need to watch our Cholesterol level. The technique is to preheat with low fire for at least 5 min., then check a few drops of water on the pan until you see a ball of water rolling on the pan. The meat will never stick to the pan . That is the time you need to start cooking and start the heat level medium to high, so that your pan will not burn quickly. Avoid using any 'ALUMINUM PAN' for the chemical consistency of the Aluminum pan can easily chip off and get into the food we are cooking , you can check your pan if it starting to have hole pocket, that is bad for our health..
