Primal Rage Arcade Pcb Repair (Pt.1)

Here is a Primal Rage arcade pcb that has bad sync as well as a few burned resistors for the RGB lines on it. Trying to bring this thing back to a playable state as it is a bit of a wreck on a massive board.
