Optional 4mins Shoulder activation & Mobility, Hip activation and traction https://originofenergy.vhx.tv/videos/sht If you do no other warm up just do the following 2-3 x per week with the 1st set slow and low level to warm up. Training can be so simple and effective. 8mins Pull Push Legs Overhead Pull Push Bend Bent Row Dip Lunge Bodyweight Row Push Up Squat 6mins Core Bridge Segmental dynamic stabilisation Hollowbody Get a Daily Routine 8-9hrs Sleep 30min home or outdoor training 2-6 days per week 2 home-cooked meals Meat & Vegetables support the farmers we need to make the world healthier and have food security. Sit and eat at the table. Relax, ideally with family if not in person virtually same time everyday so all the important people in your life build a routine together. Limit watching, listening & reading about COVID 19 to 30mins per day to stay up to date but not waste time. If you can walk/ jog/ train in Nature for 60mins everyday do it. Get sun exposure if you can (never get burnt) If you're not working: spend 4-8hrs per day developing your new business/ career to rebuild the world's economy. Anything in the food supply chain that connects whole fresh, regenerative agriculture with the consumer has never been more important. We need more virtual health coach's.
