Monaka VS Jiren - The Truth about Monaka (Secret Revealed) Who was Monaka, really? This video purports to reveal the true power and secrets hidden behind the legendary and enigmatic figure commonly referred to as Monaka. He could defeat Jiren, Beerus, and possibly rival Whis, which is the exact reason why he wasn’t put in the Tournament of Power by Toriyama. He is pure hax. Monaka, has already completely mastered Ultra Instinct, and possibly went even further to learn Frieza's Golden form, the Hakai (Destruction) command and even Zeno’s Erasure technique. "The single Greatest Warrior in all of the Universes. Monaka Saitama (or alternatively, just Monaka) is secretly known, among the highest of the Gods only, as the mortal who has surpassed not only the Gods of Destruction, but all beings in existence, except the Omni-Kings themselves. Jiren was originally thought to have been the strongest mortal, but prior to the start of the Tournament of Power, a secret exhibition match was held. In order to appease the Omni-Kings, the match was held between the two potentially strongest mortals among all Universes. Belmod and Beerus were the Gods invited because it was found that the two strongest mortals existed in their Universes. Belmod ordered Jiren to attend the bout, and Beerus desperately begged Monaka for his help. After the official introductions, the Grand Priest informed both participants that, in order to make things as interesting as possible for the Omni-Kings, they must use their full power in this match. Anything less than a full power match would result in all universes being erased immediately. So, Jiren and Monaka both obliged and proceeded to power up. Once they stated they had reached their full power, the Grand Priest initiated the match with his line for the full tournament: "Let the Tournament of Power begin!" What happened next was so abrupt, so utterly shocking, that both the Grand Priest and the Omni-Kings decided right then that they must change the rules of the Tournament of Power; lest it be worthless to behold. Not wanting to waste any time, Monaka rushes Jiren with a full blown "Monaka Attacka"; Jiren, taken by complete surprise, used his "Ultimate Glare of Destruction" and braced for impact... But it was already too late. Monaka could not be stopped: The sheer impact of a single "Monaka Attacka" punch shook the entire World of Void, destroyed Jiren’s Pride Trooper uniform and completely drained Jiren of ALL of his energy; leaving him lying defenseless on the ground in a heap of rubble: The impact was so great that the the omni-kings guards were forced to take evasive manuvers in order to protect them from any damage. Belmod and Beerus claimed the move was too fast for them to perceive. After realizing what just happened, Monaka immediately powered down and paused for a split-second, confused. Why was he confused you ask? Well, wanting to spare his opponent and make things interesting for himself, Monaka decided to ignore the “full power” rule the Grand Priest had put in place and, instead, decided to initially test Jiren’s ultimate strength by starting out their match using less than 1% of his true power. With Jiren instantly defeated in less than one second, it was decided that, in the interest of fairness, Monaka would be BANNED from participation in the Tournament of Power. It was deemed that Monaka were simply too powerful to compete. Having someone at his level participate in the tournament would turn the planned 48 minute tournament into a mere 48 second tournament; thus making it entirely less interesting for the Omni-Kings to watch. It was also decreed that this exhibition match would not be discussed outside of the individuals currently present so as to not discourage the other fighters from attempting to become stronger and break their limits. Interestingly enough, rather than look upset or distraught, Belmod smiled: For he knew that without Monaka no Universe, including Universe 7, would be able to oppose Jiren, the second strongest mortal in all the Universes. After that secret match, all of the Universes convened to discuss the tournament and proceed with the public exhibition match. Since Jiren was still recovering from the life threatening injuries he sustained at the fist of Monaka, Belmod instead brought Toppo (Universe 11’s second strongest fighter) to test Goku (Universe 7’s second strongest fighter). Once Goku tied with Toppo, Belmod’s confidence soared, Beerus became worried and, as they say, the rest is history. It is understood that Jirens withdrawn nature during the tournament was partially due to him focusing on that "fight", if you could call it that, with Monaka, but mostly from his recovery.
