Welcome to your Postnatal Core Workout! 🔹️ Please make sure you are CLEARED BY YOUR DOCTOR or HEALTHCARE PROVIDER before starting postnatal exercise. See workout description below: WORKOUT GOALS: 🔹️Workout Designed To: ▪️Strengthen pelvic floor muscles ▪️Strengthen core muscles (specifically transverse and oblique) ▪️Avoid exercises that could worsen Diastasis Recti ▪️Avoid exercises that put too much stress on the incision area 🔹️This workout focuses on safely rebuilding core strength post-partum. Designed to help repair diastasis recti. WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: 1. Warm-Up focuses on kegel exercises, and belly breathing. 2. Workout: 12 different core exercises, performed for 30 seconds each. 3.
