4 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup mango juice or puree (room temp)
1/4 cup butter room temp
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk room temp (reserve the white)
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
