Resulting in the sebaceous plug retracting.
As soon as you got the first piece out you should use a comedone extractor.
A tool that pushes directly down on the clogged pore.

The thing with the needle id="hidden13" class="buttons"> is fine but I would recommend moving your fingers more near the middle of the Blackhead.like 1-2 Millimetres away on each side and then use your fingernails and only use a bit of pressure on the tip of your fingers. After the perforation a suction of id="hidden15" class="buttons"> some sort would have been ideal to remove the excess material but as with any large absess this one should have been seen by a person clinical experience. ....وسعت 7

It's down and together to go under the blackhead you're squishing id="hidden19" class="buttons"> it together at the top. That's why it's not coming out in one long tube you push down close by the black head. And then when you get down under it then you got enough meat on top you squish together to get under it. You're squishing from the top and damaging the skin and OMG!! stop sticking pins down in there, that's dangerous and opens the pore to more damage and infection ....وسعت 37
