(4) परमेश्वरको चाहना तपाईसितको घनिष्ठता हो God desires intimacy कैयौं चोटी हामीले हाम्रो जीवनमा समस्यालाई लुकाउँछौं, दबाउँछौं अनि हामी सोच्छौं कि समस्या लुकाएर राख्दा त्यसको समाधान हुन्छ। समस्या समाधानको पहिलो खुड्किलो चाहिँ समस्यालाई मानी लिनु हो। हामीले समस्या लुकाउनुहुँदैन तर त्यसलाई परमेश्वरको वचनको दृष्टिकोणले मूल्यांकन गर्नुपर्छ र सामना गर्नुपर्छ। समस्याले हाम्रो आफ्नो बारेको घोषणालाई प्रभावित गर्न दिनुहुँदैन। हामीले समस्यामा होईन समस्या भन्दा ठूलो परमेश्वरमा ध्यान  लगाउनुपर्छ। हामी धेरै जनाको परमेश्वरसँग टाढ़ाको सम्बन्ध छ। कैयौं चोटी हामी परमेश्वर कहाँ आफ्नो समस्याको समाधानको निम्ति मात्रै जान्छौं। परमेश्वर हामीसित घनिष्ठता चाहनुहुन्छ। जब हामी 'म' लाई परमेश्वरको अधीनमा दिन्छौं अनि आफ्नो बारेमा घोषणाहरू परमेश्वरको वचनको अधीनमा ल्याउँछौं औ समस्यामा होईन तर परमेश्वरमा मनन गर्न थाल्छौं तब हामीले परमेश्वरलाई घनिष्ठ रूपमा चिन्छौं। उहाँसँगको सम्बन्ध तब खाँचो पूरा गर्नको लागि मात्र हुँदैन तर  उहाँको आराधना गर्न अनि उहाँको निम्ति हामी जिउन शुरू गर्छौं। त्यतिबेला हामी खाँचो केन्द्रित हुँदैनौं तर परमेश्वरको उपस्थिति केन्द्रित हुन्छौं र उहाँको उपस्तिथिबाट बग्ने प्रशस्तताले हाम्रो जीवनमा नमागी सबै कुरा पुग्न शुरू हुन्छ। Many times in our life, we try to conceal or suppress a problem, believing that doing so will solve it. Acknowledging a problem is the first step toward resolving it. We must not hide the problem, but rather evaluate and face it in light of God's Word. We must not let problems shape our declaration about ourselves. We must focus on God and not on our problems. Many of us have a distant relationship with God. Often, we seek Him just for a solution to our problems. But, God desires intimacy. When we surrender the 'I' to Him and make declarations about ourselves in accordance with His Word and meditate on Him rather than the problem, we will know God intimately. Our relationship with Him will then be about more than just meeting our needs; it will be about worshipping Him and living for Him. Our focus then shifts from our need to His presence, and the abundance that flows from His presence begins to meet every need in our lives without our asking.
