• For better performances I would recommend :
- To do each exercise based on a timer and push the time for 10 or 20 seconds on the following circuit. Minimum 3 circuits.
- Go slow, you want to improve your inner strength while building your muscles
- Focus on the engaged muscles groups, put your conscious and learn how to feel and activate the deep and/or small muscles
- Adjust your breathing to your move and according to the intensity
- Keep your face open and relaxed, your brain must identify a positive message to handle the pain better.
- Warm-Up before your training and stretch once done.
