Cooking vegan sweet & sour pineapple chicken / ft. Grandma.

Sweet and sour pineapple chicken is one of my favorite dish. My Grandma made this dish for me and my family for years. But it is not a real chicken. She made it meatless! I have cooking class in my school and I want to make this vegan sweet & sour chicken, so I asked my grandma's help to show me how to cook it. My Grandma is a vegetarian for more than 7 years. I just turned vegan for 1 year and I learned a lot from her. She & her cuisines are awesome!
