Fish Tikka Masala or Indian fish tikka masala is a tasty gravy made using roasted fish immersed in various rich Indian flavours.
It's a tasty dish full of nutritional values and authentic flavours.So do try this dish.I will show you a quick and easy way of how to make fish tikka masala at home.
INGREDIENTS

Fish -- 10 to 12 pieces
Ginger garlic paste -- 3 teaspoon
Red chilli powder -- 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder -- 1 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder -- 1 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
Tandoori masala powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt -- as required
Food Colour (optional) -- 2 pinches
Lemon -- 1
Onion --
Cloves -- 2
Cinnamon -- 1 stick
Cardamom -- 2
Cashewnuts -- 20 gm
Tomatoes -- 2
Cumin seeds -- 1 teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves -- 1 tablespoon
Butter -- 1 teaspoon
Oil -- 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves -- few
METHOD
------
1.In a pan place fish pieces to it add
Ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Black pepper powder
Tandoori masala powder
Salt -- as required
Food Colour (optional)
Lemon
And marinate for 30 minutes
2.In a pan add oil and heat ,to it add cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,onion,cashewnuts,tomatoes and saute
then grind this and keep aside.
3.In a pan roast the marinated fish.
4.In another pan add butter to it add ginger garlic paste and saute,then add the ground masala and fry.
5.When the mixture is dry then add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder, coriander powder
and saute.
6.Then add water and then the roast fish and cook for sometims and then add fenugreek leaves.
7.When the fish absorbs juices add coriander leaves.
8.Fish tikka masala is ready.
