Today I am sharing a very famous and tasty Dal recipe Dal bukhara. It is a traditional and popular dish of Panjab which is prepared by Split Black Gram or Urad dal. It is also called Amritsari Dal. It is easy to cook. Less spices make it more tasty. It is cook on low flame so it's tacture will be creamy. Fresh Methi leaves give a good flavour.
